Combined with our expertise on Administrative Law, Human Rights cases lie at the core of our services, with several cases successfully reaching the European Court of Human Rights, following exhaustion of local remedies. Prior to joining the Firm, the Head of the Human Rights Department has worked both at the European Court of Human Rights, as well as ad-hoc International Human Rights Tribunals. This experience, allows us to represent clients both to the domestic and European Courts on Human Rights matters, establishing important precedents.
